Foreign travel

You’re going on holiday, what do you need to do…

  1. Book an appointment with one of our practice nurses, for each traveller. Please tell reception where you are traveling – this information is needed in advance.
  2. The nurse will advise you of any NHS vaccinations that you will need for your travel and administer them at your appointment (subject to availability).
  3. The nurse will give you a travel leaflet which will contain all of the information and contacts you may need to book an appointment with a specialist travel clinic (not Langport Surgery) in the case that you require further non-NHS vaccinations.
