TEXT MESSAGE APPOINTMENT REMINDER SERVICE

We are changing the way that we send our appointment reminders. You will no longer receive text reminders unless you complete and return a copy of our consent form. If you have registered a mobile contact number with us then you can benefit from this service. You can also cancel the appointment via text message if you decide you don’t need it. We hope that this will reduce the amount of missed appointments.

Parents/Guardians can receive text message communications for children until they turn 12 years old, after which they will be switched off automatically. When the child turns 15 they will have the option to provide their own contact number for text communications. This is to protect the confidentiality of young patients

You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.

IF YOU WISH TO REGISTER FOR THIS MESSAGING SERVICE PLEASE FILL OUT THE OPT-IN FORM BY clicking here.

PROXY ACCESS - If you would like to receive text communications on behalf of another patient please fill out and return the consent form to reception. Click here for Proxy Access Consent form.

IMPORTANT - Please tell us if you change your number or if your phone is lost or stolen.
