The nursing team offer a range of clinics to support chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, COPD and CKD.
They also offer ongoing clinics to help support patients to quit smoking, for family planning, to support and treat chronic wounds as well as treat minor injuries.
Other clinics offered include INR, ear irrigation, health checks, childhood immunisations and cervical cytology (smear) clinics.
During general surgery the nurses can deal with post-operative wounds, suture removal, routine injections, ECG's, venepuncture, Doppler testing, advice about diet/lifestyle and blood pressure monitoring.
The nurses offer travel advice and injections. Please note that you must have a gap of at least six weeks between your appointment and your travel date.
